CEO / Founder of the Advilex Group (AIS and ARC) is an internationally experienced regulatory compliance and supply chain leader with more than three decades of professional expertise across Europe, the United States, and the Asia-Pacific region. He began his career in the United Kingdom with Shell Additives and Infineum UK Ltd., where he developed a deep technical foundation in product formulation, additive chemistry, and regulatory product stewardship. His professional path continued with Clariant International Ltd. in Switzerland, where he advanced into senior management roles in global product safety, logistics, and supply chain compliance. Building on his technical and operational background, Dr. Janssen later joined Environmental Resources Management (ERM) in Frankfurt, Germany, as a Partner, where he advised multinational clients on chemical compliance, due diligence, and ESG-driven supply chain transformation. His extensive cross-sector experience spans regulatory affairs, product stewardship, digital compliance systems, and supplier data governance—combining scientific expertise with strategic insight into complex international regulatory frameworks.
As the Founder and Managing Partner of the Advilex Group, Dr. Janssen leads initiatives that merge regulatory intelligence with digital transformation. He has spearheaded the acquisition and redevelopment of the SCM software platform (now ARCAIS™), guiding its evolution into a modern digital solution for supplier communication, materials compliance, and workflow management. His leadership is grounded in a forward-looking vision that integrates technology, compliance, and operational efficiency within a framework of sustainability and cost optimization.
Dr. Janssen holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry and a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineeringfrom the University of Twente (Netherlands) and is recognized for his thought leadership on topics such as global chemical management, supply chain resilience, environmental compliance, and digital innovation. He is a regular speaker at international conferences, including the Lubricant Expo in Detroit, and continues to play an active role in shaping the dialogue between regulation, technology, and sustainable industry practice.

Kenneth has practiced law for over 15 years, predominantly providing counsel to tech companies, large and small. He has worked closely with clients to successfully structure and consummate intellectual property, technology, and commercial transactions to achieve their business objectives. Additionally, he has counseled clients in a broad range of cybersecurity and data privacy matters arising in connection with such transactions, as well as those arising during the general course of running a business.
Kenneth has obtained the Certified Information Privacy Professional for the U.S. Private Sector (CIPP/US), an ANAB-accredited credential provided by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). CIPP/US is the preeminent certification for advanced concentration in U.S. private-sector laws, standards and practices.

Board Member, Advilex | Founder & CEO, Invenimus | Kevin Kenny is an internationally recognized regulatory attorney and strategic leader in product safety, compliance intelligence, and supply-chain governance. With nearly 30 years of experience spanning over 100 countries, he has guided manufacturers, regulators, and trade organizations in transforming regulatory obligations into strategic business advantages. Kevin began his career as Co-Founder of Ariel Research, one of the first companies to provide one of the world’s most comprehensive repositories of chemical regulations, substance classifications, and national inventories. He later co-founded Decernis GmbH, where he served as Executive Vice President, directing global content development and advisory operations. Following Decernis’s acquisition by FoodChain ID, he served as Senior Vice President of Compliance Services, leading international consulting and regulatory solutions teams. In 2024, he founded Invenimus (invenimus.net), an education-and-training company dedicated to building a global community of professionals in food, chemical, and consumer-product safety. Through Invenimus, he combines his legal and technical expertise to deliver accessible, high-quality training that empowers professionals across the global supply chain. Kevin holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, a Diploma in Public International Law from the Hague Academy of International Law, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Public International Law from Kiel University.
